Yes! Both macOS and Windows applications have various transfer modes which have been tested in a variety of MS Remote Desktop clients and have worked perfectly.
The vScription Voice product does not work on Linux based computers but we have a Chrome Extension that runs on any OS that supports the Chrome browser including Linux and Chromebooks.
Support is included in your subscription cost. We will handle your support directly. With our solution, we have the ability to troubleshoot recognition accuracy issues, add words, substitutions and vocabularies remotely without having to connect to your computer!

We use the nVoq medical speech engine. All of our SayIt clients will automatically have access to the new clients as part of their subscription.
If you are a SayIt user but not a client VTEX of Business Technology Insights, you will need to subscribe with us to get access to our applications as we do not have a reseller program in place.
